: Prayer and Worship
◉ Liturgy Committee: Plans for liturgical celebrations. Meets monthly. No summer meetings, No special Liturgical Education required!
† Art and Environment: Decorate the church and fellowship hall. Water plants
† Choir: Adults and High School Age. Meets Thursday nights, 6:30-8:00 PM. Sings alternating weekend Masses Oct thru Easter Season. Does not meet during the summer.
◈ Instrumentalist (indicate instrument played)
† Cantor: solo singer, leads the congregation during Mass.
◈ Communion Minister to the Homebound: Visits and brings Holy Communion to shut-ins weekly.
† Altar Linens, Wash and Iron linens and server's robes. Training provided
◈ Prayer Circle - Telephone - willing to be called, offer prayer, and call next volunteer on list
◈ Prayer Circle - Email - Receive email to pray for specific intentions
† Lector - Proclaim scripture readings during weekend Masses
† Eucharist Minister - distributes Communion at weekend Masses. Open to those who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation
† Sacristan - prepares the sanctuary with items needed for Mass
† Youth or Adult Mass Server for weekend Mass, 4th grade and older
† Ushers: Greet parishioners, assist with seating, collect and secure offertory gifts, manage flow for Communion, hand out bulletins, close church after Mass
† Open Church: Open church for occasional weekend Masses
◉ Strong in Christ: Brothers in Christ growing in their faith together. Meets Wednesdays at 6 AM
◉ Verso L'Alto Southern Moraine Catholic Young Adults: 20's and 30's young adult group
◉ Knights of Columbus: Offers men a place to lead their families and community in faith and service

: Stewardship
◉ Stewardship Committee: Coordinates Time and Talent Survey/Fair and organizes Fellowship
◈ Fellowship Ministry; help with set-up and serving at occasional parish socials, receptions and events
◈ Food for Fellowship: Donate Food for weekend socials
◈ Welcome Committee, Provides warm welcome to families who are new to our parish.
◈ Funeral Hospitality: prepare a dessert for lunch after funerals.

: Faith Formation
◉ Faith Formation Committee: Assess religious education needs
◈ Christian Initiation Team: Shares faith with adults preparing to become members of the Catholic faith.
◈ Adult Faith Formation: Plans opportunities for lifelong faith formation.

: Human Concerns
◉ Human Concerns Committee: Meets monthly with St James to discern needs, both in charity and justice, of persons in the parish and the wider community.
◈ Grief-share Committee, Support to those who lost a loved one
◈ Surviving Divorce: brings hope and healing to those who have experienced the pain and lonliness of a broken marriage.
◈ Outreach Meal Program, Help serve an evening meal for the poor at The Hope Center in Waukesha.
◉ St. Vincent de Paul Society, Help those in need of assistance with food, clothing and shelter.
◈ Family Promise: Helping the homeless of Waukesha Co., most of whom have jobs but struggle to find affordable housing.
◈ Animal Blessing; Assist at the Animal Blessing held the first Saturday in October
◈ Elizabeth Ministry: Offers hope, help and healing on issues related to relationships, sexuality and childbearing
◈ Eagle Community Lunch Program: Working the Event (Serving monthly Community Lunch on the third Tuesday, September through May)

: Administration and Finance
◉ Pastoral Council: Represents all parishioners by providing guidance to Pastor on parish matters. Meets a minimum of 6 times per year.
◉ Finance Council: Monitors parish income & expenditures. Prepares annual budget. Meets a minimum of 6 times per year.
◈ Parish Mailings; help prepare occasional mailings in the parish office on a weekday morning
◈ Money Counters; counts collection money on Mondays at 9 AM approximately twice a month
◉ Cemetery Committee; oversees policies and procedures for the operation and care of our parish cemeteries
◈ Cemetery Care; Debris and general clean up two times a year at parish cemeteries.
◈ Maintenance and Cleanup; buildings and grounds occasional help needed

: Fundraising
◈ Fish Fry: General Help, held the 2nd Friday of the month, Sep-May, 4:00-6:30 PM
◈ Fish Fry Food Preparation: Friday, 2:00-3:00 PM
◈ Fish Fry Cleanup, Friday, 6:30-7:30 PM
◈ Fish Fry Laundry, wash towels and aprons
◈ Potato Booth Volunteers, help prepare/sell food at Kettle Moraine Days Festival in June. 2-hour shifts available
◈ Potato Booth, Wash Potatoes Friday morning, 9-11 AM
◈ Potato Booth, Set up Festival Friday afternoon, 3-5 PM
◈ Potato Booth, Tear Down Sunday evening, 5-6 PM
