St. Theresa Parish is located in the village of Eagle, Wisconsin on State Hwy. 59 just west of State Hwy. 67. The village is one-and-half miles north of Old Wisconsin State Historical Site. To reach Eagle take State Hwy. 59 west from Waukesha; or State Hwy. 67 south from Oconomowoc and Dousman; or State Hwy. 67 north from Elkhorn.

To travel to Eagle from Mukwonago, take State Hwy. 83 north to Country Road NN. Go west seven miles on County Road NN to the village of Eagle. The church is just north of the intersection of County Road NN and State Hwy. 67.
